Hochiki Reflective Beam Detector 

 SRA-ET is a reflective beam smoke detector consisting of an emitter/receiver unit and reflector plate that works over a distance of 5 - 30m, providing a maximum coverage of 450m².

The detector is powered directly from the zone, so no auxiliary power supplies are required, so when the zone is reset the detector is reset automatically. The SRA-ET can also be interfaced onto Hochikiís ESP systems by using a CHQ-MZ Mini Zone Monitor or a CHQ-Z Dual Zone Monitor.The SRA-ET comes complete with a Reflector and Termination Module which fits directly on to a standard U.K. dual back box, this allows the detector be surface or flush mounted. Line continuity options can be selected on the termination module and these are based on the Schottky or Zener diode method. 

The SRA-ET is not solar blind so care should be taken when installing the detector as false alarms may occur. In areas affected by sunlight the Hochiki SPB-ET Beam Detector should be employed.
